Rare Plants, Animals, and Natural Communities of the Louisiana Coastal Zone
The goal of the Rare Plants, Animals, and Natural Communities of the Louisiana Coastal Zone project was to create a manual of species and natural communities of special concern for all of the river basins contained within the coastal zone. This project was funded by the 2007 BTNEP Mini-Grants Program and created and developed by the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, under the direction of Patricia Faulker, Ecologist, in the department’s Louisiana Natural Heritage Program.
